LAJ Kejuruteraan's experienced and professional team of engineers and technicians offer installation inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services of electrical power systems including transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and cables.

In order to deliver the "Best in Class" services and to best meet clients' needs and requirements, we invested significantly in an array of the finest and most modern test equipment available from worldwide leaders in safety testing instrument such as Megger and Vanguard Instruments.

Safety of life and property is LAJ's top priority. Our team of engineers and technicians always ensure that every project is completed with safety, health, and caring for the environment as our top priorities. Our team is trained and certified by NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia) and CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia). We have also worked with specialised food processing industry such as Nestlé Malaysia, semiconductor manufacturing plant such as STMicroelectronics Malaysia (Class 1k clean room), and leaders in palm oil industry such as Sime Darby Plantation, KLK Berhad, and IOI Group.



Our Services Include:

Electrical Installation Inspection
LAJ Kejuruteraan offers electrical installation inspection or supervising service, performed by our competent engineers who are authorised by the Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga). This inspection is mandatory for industrial and commercial installation by law, under the Electricity Supply Act (1990) and Electricity Regulations (1994).
Testing & Commissioning
LAJ Kejuruteraan provides testing and commissioning services on electrical installation. Under the Electricity Regulations (1994), electrical protective devices are required to be inspected, tested, and calibrated once every two years, or at any time as directed by the Energy Commission of Malaysia.
Fault Investigations Up To 33kV
LAJ Kejuruteraan offers fault investigation service up to 33kV that focuses on site examination and the analysis of electrical equipment. Our service includes the provision of a detailed investigation report.
Transformer Repair & Maintenance
LAJ Kejuruteraan provides transformer oil filtration, oil sampling, oil leak repairs, etc. to extend the life and improve the reliability of transformers.
Electrical Energy Management
LAJ Kejuruteraan offers electrical energy management in which our energy managers are fully qualified and certified by the Energy Commission of Malaysia to assist factories in electrical energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
Power Quality Analysis
LAJ Kejuruteraan offers Power Quality Monitoring & Analysis, Frequency Stability Tracking & Verifying, Voltage Variations, Unbalances, and Harmonics.

Today, LAJ spreads out its wings to further expand its specialisation to include testing, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, fault investigations of electrical equipment up to 33kV, electrical energy management, and also as a Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) approved Specialised Courses Training Centre.
